Programs & Pricing

All training programs include detailed information about each session including distance to run, time, pace, effort and other relevant instructions.

The program format allows for the input of daily training comments which will be reviewed on a fortnightly basis. Nikki and I are accessible via email at any time to answer specific queries during your program period. (reply with 24 hours).

A phone consultation will occur once a fortnight where you will receive feedback on your progress to keep you on track, motivated and answer any specific queries or changes to your program that may be required.

Your desired short and long term goals, current fitness, previous jogging / running experience and degree of improvement you're seeking should be used as a guide to assessing which is the appropriate program for you.
