David Finishes 6th at the 2019 SCC

Returning to one of the great Ultra Marathon Race in Australia and the site of his 2014 win, David has again defined his age producing a cracking race to finish 6th at the 2019 Surf Coast Century 100km Race. In a very competitive field that included then 2018 winner Ash Waston who set a course record this year becoming the first person under 8 hrs, David ran a respectable 9hrs and 30 mins, missing the top 5 by under 90 seconds. Again the event was a spectacular success for Rapid Ascent who put the race on. Surf Coast Century
